Laura LYNCH Marchione
Laura is an Associate Attorney with The Law Office of Jason Zedeck. Her practice focuses on advising clients on the selection, acquisition, prosecution, enforcement, and protection of trademarks, as well as copyright and right of publicity matters. Laura also handles the negotiation and preparation of license agreements.
Prior to joining The Law Office of Jason Zedeck, Laura’s diverse practice background included litigating business, intellectual property, trade secret, and employment matters in both state and federal courts. Laura also worked with a prominent, nationwide firm in downtown Los Angeles where she litigated intellectual property matters involving copyright, trademark, and patent infringement.
While in law school at the University of San Francisco, Laura counseled a start-up company on intellectual property infringement avoidance practices and successfully litigated a right of publicity matter. She also worked with a non-profit organization to help educate and enable Internet users around the world to utilize copyright licenses for purposes of protecting and sharing their intellectual property.
At home in West Los Angeles, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband Brian, a veterinary ophthalmologist, her two children, and her dog.
